julievo Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how julievo collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our platform at julievo.net — in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
How julievo Protects Your Data
At julievo, protecting the personal information of every Filipino player is a core responsibility — not an afterthought. Here's what we commit to every single day.
End-to-End Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and the julievo platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by major Philippine banks like BPI and BDO. Your login credentials, financial details, and personal records are never transmitted in plain text.
Minimal Data Collection
julievo collects only the information strictly necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and meet our legal obligations. We do not harvest data for advertising networks or sell your information to third-party marketers — full stop.
RA 10173 Compliance
julievo operates in strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Your rights as a data subject are fully respected and upheld.
No Unsolicited Sharing
Your personal data is never shared with third parties except where necessary to provide julievo services (e.g., payment processors like GCash and Maya) or where legally required by Philippine authorities. Every data-sharing arrangement is governed by strict confidentiality agreements.
Your Right to Erasure
Filipino players have the right to request deletion of their personal data from julievo's systems, subject to our legal retention obligations. Simply contact [email protected] and our Data Protection Officer will process your request within the timeframes prescribed by the NPC.
Dedicated Data Protection Officer
julievo has appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing all privacy matters, handling data subject requests, and maintaining our compliance with RA 10173. You can reach our DPO directly at [email protected] for any privacy-related concern.
Important: By registering an account on julievo.net or by continuing to use the julievo platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to request account closure.

Scope Note: This Privacy Policy covers only the julievo platform operated at julievo.net. It does not apply to any third-party websites, payment gateways (such as GCash or Maya), or game content providers whose services may be accessible through links or integrations on the julievo platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with independently of julievo.

You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
julievo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following strictly defined circumstances:
- Payment Processors: We share necessary financial and identity data with our payment partners — including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT processing providers — solely to facilitate the processing of your deposits and withdrawals. These partners are bound by their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than payment processing.
- Identity Verification Providers: To meet our KYC and AML obligations, we may share identity documents and personal details with accredited third-party verification service providers operating under strict data processing agreements with julievo.
- Game Content Providers: Certain technical data (such as your player ID and session token, but not your full identity or financial information) may be shared with our game software providers to enable seamless gameplay within the julievo platform.
- Regulatory & Law Enforcement Authorities: julievo is legally obligated to share information with PAGCOR, the AMLC, the NPC, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government authorities upon lawful request. We will not notify you of such disclosure where prohibited by law.
- Professional Advisers: Our legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants may access personal data on a strictly need-to-know basis under binding confidentiality obligations.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of julievo's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer.
No Data Sales: julievo strictly prohibits the sale of player personal data. No julievo employee, contractor, or agent is authorised to sell, trade, or otherwise commercialise player data. Any breach of this prohibition will be treated as a serious disciplinary matter and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
julievo uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure the proper functioning of our platform, improve your user experience, and support our security and analytics operations. A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your device by the julievo platform when you visit.
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the julievo platform to function. These include session authentication cookies, CSRF protection tokens, and load-balancing cookies. These cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how players interact with the julievo platform — which pages are visited most, where errors occur, and how navigation flows work. Data collected is aggregated and anonymised wherever possible.
- Functional Cookies: Remember your platform preferences, such as your preferred language, display settings, and responsible gaming limit configurations, so you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
- Security Cookies: Support julievo's fraud detection and account security systems by identifying anomalous access patterns, unusual device changes, or suspicious login behaviour.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the julievo platform. julievo does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies to serve targeted advertisements on external websites.
Data Retention
julievo retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Our general retention guidelines are as follows:
- Active Account Data: Retained for the entire duration of your julievo account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AMLC record-keeping requirements under RA 9160.
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML law and BIR regulations.
- Identity Verification Documents: Retained for five (5) years from account closure or from the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
- Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, to facilitate resolution of any subsequent disputes.
- Marketing Communications Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications, after which it will be suppressed within thirty (30) days.
- Anonymised Analytics Data: May be retained indefinitely in anonymised, aggregated form for platform improvement purposes, as it no longer constitutes personal data once anonymised.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, julievo will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our internal data destruction procedures.
Data Security
julievo implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption: All data in transit is protected by 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption. Sensitive data at rest — including account credentials and financial records — is encrypted using AES-256.
- Access Controls: Access to personal data within julievo's internal systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis, governed by role-based access controls (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all staff.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their julievo accounts. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access even if credentials are compromised.
- Penetration Testing: julievo's platform undergoes regular independent security audits and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
- Data Breach Response: julievo maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to pose a real risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours and will inform affected players without undue delay, as required by NPC Circular No. 16-03.
Your Role in Security: While julievo invests significantly in platform security, the security of your account also depends on the choices you make. Use a strong, unique password for your julievo account, enable 2FA, and never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by julievo. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
- Right to Be Informed: You have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed — which is the primary purpose of this Privacy Policy.
- Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that julievo holds about you, along with information about how it is being used.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. You may update certain information directly through your account dashboard.
- Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from julievo's systems, subject to our legal retention obligations. Note that we may be required to retain certain data under AMLC and BIR regulations even after account closure.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on legitimate interest. Upon receipt of a valid objection, julievo will cease the relevant processing activity unless compelling legitimate grounds override your objection.
- Right to Data Portability: Where technically feasible, you may request that julievo provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that julievo has not handled your personal data in accordance with RA 10173, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
julievo will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Children & Minors
The julievo platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. julievo does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from any person under the age of 21.
If julievo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through account registration, identity verification, or any other means — we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete all associated personal data, and report the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required.
Parents & Guardians: If you believe your child (under 21) has created a julievo account or provided personal information to julievo, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. julievo takes underage access extremely seriously and will act promptly on all such reports. We also strongly encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control tools available on home networks and devices to restrict access to online gambling platforms.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
julievo primarily stores and processes personal data on servers located within or accessible from the Philippines. However, in the course of providing our services, certain personal data may be transferred to, or accessible by, service providers and technology partners located in other countries — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game content suppliers whose operations span multiple jurisdictions.
Where such cross-border transfers occur, julievo ensures that:
- The receiving country provides an adequate level of data protection comparable to the standards required under RA 10173;
- Appropriate contractual safeguards — such as data processing agreements incorporating the NPC's standard contractual clauses — are in place with all overseas recipients of personal data; and
- Such transfers are necessary for the performance of the contract between you and julievo, or are otherwise permitted under the DPA and NPC regulations.
julievo will not transfer your personal data to any country or territory that the NPC has identified as providing inadequate privacy protection without implementing additional safeguards and, where required, obtaining NPC approval for such transfer.
Amendments to This Policy
julievo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance from the NPC, or changes to our data processing practices. The effective date of the current version of this Privacy Policy is always displayed at the top of this page.
When material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, julievo will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the julievo platform prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or non-material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date without separate notification.
Your continued use of the julievo platform following the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
