julievo Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and julievo ("julievo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at julievo.net. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered by julievo, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer tables, and any other wagering activities made available on the platform.

By completing the julievo account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox, or by simply accessing and using any part of the julievo platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the julievo Privacy Policy and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

julievo reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on julievo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling participation.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of julievo or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the julievo platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. julievo reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or voter's ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) julievo account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. julievo may, at its sole discretion, close all duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them. Where fraud or abuse is suspected, julievo may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your julievo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your julievo account whilst logged in will be deemed to have been made by you and are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was actually conducted by you or by an unauthorised third party who gained access to your account due to your failure to maintain security. julievo shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must:

• Immediately change your password via the account settings dashboard; and
• Notify julievo's support team without delay at [email protected].

julievo employs 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time anomaly detection to protect your account. However, no security system is infallible, and julievo does not warrant that the platform is entirely free from vulnerabilities. You are encouraged to enable 2FA on your julievo account for an additional layer of protection.

julievo processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). You may fund your julievo account using any of the following accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (via payment reference), Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether). julievo reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically processed instantly and credited to your julievo wallet without delay. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. julievo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which julievo bears no responsibility.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the julievo Cashier page within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. julievo reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. julievo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. julievo aims to process withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) banking days; however, actual processing times may vary.

Anti-Money Laundering: julievo is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended. julievo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or suspend accounts pending investigation where required.

julievo may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that particular offer.

General bonus terms applicable across all julievo promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account verification and are in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) — before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are outlined in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, commencing from the date of crediting. Any unclaimed or incomplete bonus wagering will be forfeited upon expiry.
• julievo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.

All bets placed on the julievo platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, etc.) as published within the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the relevant game rules.

julievo reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or series of bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error or system malfunction has resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed;
• Where a bet has been placed using funds sourced from fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;
• Where julievo has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of a game or sporting event has been compromised;
• Where the bet contravenes any applicable law or regulation; or
• Where the bet was placed in violation of any provision of this Agreement.

All sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by julievo's system, the agreed odds at time of placement shall apply. julievo is not responsible for odds changes between the time a player initiates a bet and the time of confirmation where network latency or connectivity issues cause a delay on the player's end.

In the event of a disputed outcome, julievo's decision — made in good faith based on available information — shall be final and binding, subject to the julievo complaints procedure outlined on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the julievo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the julievo platform as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 and related legislation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event or game on which bets are offered.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the julievo platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to julievo transactions.

All content on the julievo platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of julievo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the julievo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any julievo content;
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on julievo software or content;
• Use any julievo trademark, logo, or brand identifier without express prior written consent; or
• Frame or mirror any part of the julievo platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of julievo's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

julievo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on julievo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

julievo complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Your personal data may be shared with third parties only as outlined in the Privacy Policy — including payment processors, identity verification providers, game suppliers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. julievo does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, julievo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the julievo platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the platform;
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security; or
• Any reliance on information or content published on the julievo platform.

julievo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your julievo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The julievo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. julievo makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

julievo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• julievo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continuation of your account is required to be terminated by a regulatory authority or court order; or
• julievo elects to cease operations in whole or in part.

You may voluntarily close your julievo account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures and satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination, including julievo's right to retain records as required by applicable law.

This Agreement and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the julievo platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Agreement or the julievo platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through julievo's internal complaints procedure. You may submit a formal complaint to julievo's support team at [email protected], and julievo will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction or to the laying of venue in Metro Manila.

julievo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, julievo will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the julievo platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the julievo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
